Murfreesboro City Schools will hold its annual open enrollment period for zone waivers from February 26 through March 27, 2026. During this time, parents and guardians may request for their child to attend a school within the district other than the one to which they are zoned if open seats are available.

To support families as they explore their options, Open Zone School Tours are scheduled on March 3rd and March 12th. These tours give families the opportunity to visit campuses, meet staff, explore programs, and learn more about what each school offers.

Erma Siegel welcomes parents to tour on March 3rd from 8am to 10am and also March 12th from 8am to 10am and from 3pm to 5pm. Erma Siegel has open seats in Kindergarten and 3rd grade.
