History

Erma Siegel Elementary, named after late Murfreesboro native Erma Siegel, opened in July of 1997. Located on the North side of town, on land donated to the city by the Siegel Foundation, we are one of 3 schools in the Siegel zone. Our school is the only school in this zone that is part of the Murfreesboro City School System. We currently have 40 classrooms serving approximately 750 students from Pre-K to 6th grade.

We offer something for everyone at ESE! We are a Tennessee Designated STEM School,
have a STEAM lab, an outdoor classroom, raised beds and a greenhouse. In addition, we have outstanding hands on music and art programs, BEST buddies, a drone team, and Lego robotics.

Erma Siegel is a place for every child. We would love for you to become part of our Eagle family.
